Balling in Vegas with the Ballers from HBO. #Giveaway

Oh the tough decisions Spencer Strasmore (Dwayne Johnson) and Joe Krutel (Rob Corddry) have to make in the latest season of Ballers. From trying to get a football team in Las Vegas to getting one of their clients to stop promoting a company’s product that is not a good fit for the NFL, the boys have their hands full this time around.

Season 3 of Ballers was just released digitally on October 23rd and the Fandads want to give two readers a copy of this hit show, but first let’s talk a little about why this season is so good.

Spencer Strasmore started out as just being a financial manager for NFL players, but in this season we see him getting his hands into a much bigger project: bringing a football team to Las Vegas. While it may seem that things are going his way, there are a lot of roadblocks that he must go through to see his dream come into fruition.

One of the storylines that has become more entertaining is the story of Ricky Jerret. The once cocky receiver is facing some serious issues in this season. From dealing with his father issues in the earlier seasons to becoming a father himself this season, Ricky is going through a transformation. He also has to deal with the effects of too many hits when he was playing football. This is a great way to show the viewers how the after effects of playing football affects the players in their everyday life.

Finally we have Charles Greane who has had a great journey in his life after retiring from playing football. He has gone from car salesman to trying to get back in the game and to where he is right now, working for the General Manager of the Miami Dolphins. Anyone who has had to leave their career and find themselves again can relate to Charles story.

Even though the show is called Ballers you can see that it is not just about the fancy side of playing football it is also about the reality of what happens to these players in their off-field lives. This show gives us a great insight into these characters lives and does not hold back on certain issues.

Here is the official word on Season three of Ballers and keep reading to see how you can win your own digital copy to watch at home.

Remaining the most-watched HBO half-hour series since 2009, the “so-very-watchable” (The Hollywood Reporter) Ballers: The Complete Third Season is the hilarious comedy starring Dwayne Johnson that explores the glamorous, and often cutthroat, world of pro football, as seen through a group of past and present players striving to stay in the game. Helmed by HBO production mainstay Steve Levinson and executive produced by Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne Johnson, “its strong cast and sharp writing prove to be a winning combination”.
