It’s that time of year again! Time to start thinking about what to get that Fandad or Fanmom in your life. Hopefully, the Fandads can help make your shopping a little easier and give you some ideas on things to get those on your list. Some of the links are affiliate links so you will be putting a little change in our pocket if you make an order or two.
For The Video Game Players
Video Games are always at the top of the list for any gamer. Whether it’s the latest game or a classic, you can not go wrong with the following titles.
Funko Fusion is a fun game to play that uses the fun of collecting Funkos but you can also get codes from various outlets to unlock characters in the game!
A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead is a great plunge into the world of A Quiet Place! How quiet can you be while playing this game? (PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S)
Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports is a fun family game for this holiday season. There is nothing better than showing your kids how gaming is done by beating them in a game of basketball or gold with Looney Tune Characters! (PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch)
Star Wars: Bounty Hunter is just as great as I remembered playing it many, many moons ago! It’s just as fun to play as Jango Fett now as it was back in 2002! (PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants is as close as you can get to remembering the old stand-up arcade machine! Another great game that the entire family will have fun playing together! Just remember I am using Raphael every time! (PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch)
The Karate Kid: Street Rumble is a throwback to Double Dragon and Streets of Rage in all their side-scrolling glory! Have fun going through some of the sets from the Karate Kid Movies and playing as Daniel-San and Mr. Miyagi. (PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch)
Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft. The Tomb Raider games took a great deal of my time growing up due to all of the puzzles that I had to solve to get to the next level. I can not wait to see how frustrated my kids get playing this game! (PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch)
For The Invincible Fan
Our friends from Skybound have a few items that would be great for any fan of Invincible. First, let’s start with the Invincible ugly sweater. The holidays is the time to wear these sweaters and what better way to show your love for Invincible than wearing this sweater?
Next, we have an incredibly warm Invincible Woven Blanket. Use this to keep yourself warm during those chilly nights while you rewatch Invincible for the millionth time!
Finally, if you are a fan of Atom Eve, check out this collector’s box that comes with a hat, variant comic book, and pin.
For the Fan of Graphic Novels
Image has put out some incredible collections this year but for an 80s kid like me, the G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero Compendium 1 and TRANSFORMERS (Vol. 1, Vol. 2,) are fantastic addition to your bookshelves. There is nothing like rereading the old issues of G.I. Joe and being transported back to when I would read my comics after school and watch the cartoons. The Transformers books also give me that same feeling!
Universal Monsters: Creature from the Black Lagoon Lives! – If you are a fan of horror movies and the old Universal Monsters you will love this book. This hardcover collects the epic miniseries and makes you wish they made Universal Monster movies as fantastic as this book!
For the Game Players
Creepshow: The Suspense Building Game is a fun way to step inside the Creeps’ robes and create your tale of macabre and terror. Who will make the scariest story and who will sabotage it?
21 Bluff – How great are you at bluffing? How long will you be able to trick your fellow players and win the game? 21 Bluff is an engaging party game that forces you to use your wit and powers of bluffing to trick your opponents. This is fun for ages 12 and up and will keep laughing as you try to guess who is bluffing and who is not!
For No-Screen Fans
The Woobles are an incredible way to learn crocheting on your own. I have bought a few of these sets and my daughter enjoys making the little characters. From Pac-Man to Harry Potter, and even Snoopy, you will find a kit that you like and will be crocheting in no time! Now I just need to find time and start on the sets I bought!
For Fans of Conventions
There are always great conventions in your area so maybe a single-day pass to one of these would be great!
