360 CHICAGO, the iconic 94th floor observation deck at 875 N. Michigan Ave, will celebrate the City of Chicago’s 189th birthday on Wednesday, March 4 by once again granting free general admission to Chicago residents from Saturday, Feb. 28 through Friday, March 6. The observation deck’s CloudBar will also put a birthday twist on their specialty Malört cocktail in honor of the city’s big day.
General admission to the observation deck will be free for Chicago residents, although capacity
restrictions may apply. A valid photo-ID must be presented onsite at the ticketing desk that shows a
606XX zip code to receive a free general admission ticket. Chicago Public School IDs will also be accepted
as a form of identification. One child can enter for free per adult with a valid 606XX ID.

1030 Feet Above Chicago
While visiting the observation deck, guests are welcome to enjoy the city’s highest cocktail bar,
CloudBar, which will have drinks available for purchase from its neighborhood-inspired menu.
CloudBar’s Malört cocktail, “The Chicago Spirit,” a bold tribute to the city, blending Malört, London dry
gin, bright pineapple and lemon, house-made grapefruit syrup and faux egg white bitters, will also get a
celebratory twist in honor of the holiday, and will be topped with sprinkles and a birthday candle.
“Our ‘Free Week’ is our birthday gift to the city of Chicago,” said Nichole Benolken, Managing Director,
360 CHICAGO. “For Chicago residents who may not spend much time downtown on Michigan Avenue,
this is an exciting and unique way to celebrate Chicago’s Birthday. Last year was our first ‘Free Week’
and we welcomed thousands of guests who not only enjoyed our amazing views, but also took in all that
the Magnificent Mile has to offer. We felt we had no choice but to make it an annual offering.”
While visiting, guests can also purchase a separate ticket to ride TILT, Chicago’s highest thrill ride, a glass
vestibule that leans out of the building at a 30-degree angle, 1,030 feet over the Magnificent Mile.
360 CHICAGO is open 9 a.m. -11 p.m. daily with final entry one hour prior to closing. For more
