Fan-favorite film and television casts will reunite on stage at Chicago’s longest-running comic and pop culture convention, FAN EXPO Chicago, it was announced today. The lineup boasts actors from the SCREAM film franchise, and television shows including DAREDEVIL and beloved space western FIREFLY. FAN EXPO Chicago runs August 16 – 18, 2024 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, where fans can get autographs and participate in photo opportunities with their favorite talent and artists.
Upon its release in 1996, Wes Craven’s SCREAM became an instant classic, and its original trilogy cast helped usher in a new generation of horror films. Original killers Skeet Ulrich and Matthew Lillard appear alongside series regulars Jamie Kennedy and Lee Waddell, with a special appearance by SCREAM 2’s Laurie Metcalf.
The DAREDEVIL panel features star Charlie Cox and big bad Vincent D’Onofrio, who will battle it out on screen again in the upcoming DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN. Cox has appeared as Daredevil alter-ego Matt Murdoch in a number of Marvel projects, including SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME, SHE-HULK: ATTORNEY AT LAW, and ECHO. D’Onofrio is known for his turns in MEN IN BLACK, THE CELL, Stanley Kubrick’s FULL METAL JACKET, and thrilled fans with a surprise cameo in Marvel’s HAWKEYE.
Beloved space western FIREFLY stars Morena Baccarin and Alan Tudyk are set to appear, signing autographs and meeting and greeting fans. Baccarin is also known for roles in DEADPOOL and DEADPOOL 2, GOTHAM, and V; Tudyk has been seen on screen in comedy cult classic ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, MAZE RUNNER: THE SCORCH TRIALS, and SUBURGATORY, and has voiced iconic roles including Heihei the rooster in MOANA, K-2SO in ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY, and Iago in the live-action ALADDIN.
FAN EXPO Chicago, the longest-running convention in Chicago, runs August 16 – 18, 2024 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont.
