Friends, it’s that time of year again when we are trying to find the perfect gift for the members of our family. While experiences are always a great present, sometimes people want something that is tangible that they can hold in their hand. Never fear, we have compiled a list of items that we have enjoyed this year and might be a great fit for those in your lives.
FOR THE FUNKO FAN
If you are a fan of Funkos there are some cool ones coming soon for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Check out the selection here. This Kang Pop looks pretty awesome and I can’t wait to see him in action in the movie.
DC Comics also has some fantastic Funko Pops out there and these Gingerbread ones would be great to display during the Holiday season.
FOR THE BOOK LOVERS
Yes, there are those of us out there that still enjoy having non screentime and sitting down to a good book. Check out these books for fans of different fandoms.
If the Marvel fan in your life knows everything or would like to know everything about their favorite characters pick up the Marvel Encyclopedia. They will learn a lot of fantastic tidbits about the Marvel universe and hopefully share that knowledge with those around them.
If you have a DC fan that wants to learn all about the characters or learn more information about the characters, pick up the DC Comics Encyclopedia. This is a great companion piece to the Marvel Encyclopedia.
If you have a Disney fan in your life, we wrote about Disney Princess: Beyond the Tiara and this is a fantastic book with a lot of great and interesting facts about the Disney Princesses. You can order this book through Amazon.
It is always great when you see people do well and succeed in acheving their dreams. Danny Pena started a show about gaming and his career took off from there. It’s great to see his success but it’s also fantastic to see his story turned into a children’s book. Pick up Danny Love Video Games on Amazon.
FOR THE MOVIE FAN
Our friends at Shout Factory have been sending us some great movies to watch and we want to add some of those to our gift guide for you to potentally pcik up for the movie lover in your life.
We are fans of the Laika movies and while Kubo and the Two Strings is our favorite in our household, Coraline has a strong hold in our household. This is one of those movies that we stop whatever we are doing whenit is on and sit down and watch it. Shout Factory just released a beautiful Limited Steelbook 4K edition with a fantastic art on the covers. Coraline was not the only movie that got this amazing 4K treatment, Paranorman also is avaiable in stunning 4K. There are a lot of great featurs on these editions and these will make a great addition to anyone’s collection.
BELLE
Belle was one of those movies that I never got to see in the theaters. I kept hearing about it and sadly never got to see it. Thank to our friends at Shout Factory I was finally able to see this movie and it was fantastic. Here is a small blurb about the movie.

CHILD’S PLAY
With the resurgence of Chucky thanks to the new television show there are some people that have not seen the original movies. These new 4K UHD + Blu-ray Collector editions are a great way to get caught up on the legend of Chucky.
