HOW TO WATCH FORBIDDEN DOOR

Following the successful inaugural show last year, Joe Hand Promotions is bringing back the popular “AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door” pay-per-view to select movie theaters, bars and restaurants across North America and Canada this Sunday, June 25, beginning at 7 p.m. ET.

Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, will play host to highly anticipated return of the groundbreaking “AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door” pay-per-view, which will feature marquee matchups between members of AEW and New Japan Pro Wrestling’s world-class rosters. AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2 is live from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada this Sunday, June 25th, and Rocky Romero from NJPW returns to break down the biggest matches on the hottest card in pro wrestling with Ref Aubrey and special guest co-host, Will Washington!

Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay go head-to-head for the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship in what’s sure to be another epic battle. AEW’s Jungle Boy Jack Perry stepped up to answer current IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Sanada’s open challenge. AEW World Heavyweight Champion MJF is being forced to defend the title against the Ace of NJPW, Hiroshi Tanahashi. And then there’s the dream match between Bryan Danielson and Kazuchika Okada. Rocky also gives a brief history of the origin of the Forbidden Door PPV, and shares some of his favorite moments from last year’s inaugural event.

NEW AEW MOBILE GAME COMING SOON

Warner Bros. Discovery Sports and AEW announced the development of a new casual mobile game – “AEW: Figure Fighters.” This free to play game will feature 3D animated versions of AEW wrestlers battling it out in the ring, allowing fans to expand their fandom and love for the show. Fans will be able to collect and level up their favorite wrestlers, play in various game modes, and complete numerous challenges.
