If you know us, you know that we love the extras that come with home releases. While Twisters is on the lighter side of what it has it does give us some decent stuff. The Gag Reel and Deleted Scenes are not that much and I wish they would have added more to the home release. Maybe when the 4K version is released they will have more bonus features added to the discs.
Twisters is a return to the epic summer disaster movies that a lot of us grew up on. The movie stands alone and watching the original is not needed to enjoy this one. Although there are some issues with the pacing the movie does a great job of pulling you into the storms. Daisy Edgar-Jones’s performance carries the film and Glen Powell’s presence feels like something out of the original movie.
